Cookie Jar Baking is a bakery at 159 Front Street in downtown Belleville, beside City Hall. Co-owners Eric and Algerine and our talented cake artists design and bake everything from a dinosaur cake for a 2nd birthday to three tiers for a County wedding. We bake for Belleville, Trenton, Prince Edward County and the Quinte region.
Custom CakesDinosaurs, gold drips, smash cakes and piped pearls, designed from your idea. Velvety buttercream and our own vanilla, from $65.
Wedding CakesCakes and dessert tables for about 25 County weddings each summer and fall. We deliver, set up and work out the timing with your venue.
Corporate OrdersLogo cookies, macarons and treat boxes for teams like Magna and Loyalist College. Send your logo and headcount, and we'll take it from there.

Get your design and price
Within a day, we'll come back with the size, the price and how we'll bring your design to life. Allow 48 hours in holiday and wedding season.
Lock in your date
A 50% deposit holds your spot. We send a secure Square invoice, and you can pay by credit card or e-transfer.
Pick up or delivery
Collect it at 159 Front Street, or we deliver and set up across Belleville, Trenton and Prince Edward County.
Custom cakes and cookies need at least two weeks' notice, and weddings need a few months. Short on time? Message us with your date and we'll tell you if we can fit it in.
