Cookie Jar Baking is a bakery at 159 Front Street in downtown Belleville, beside City Hall. Co-owners Eric and Algerine and our talented cake artists bake custom cakes, wedding cakes, sugar cookies and everyday treats for Belleville, Trenton, Prince Edward County and the Quinte region.

Get your quote
We reply within a day, or within 48 hours in holiday and wedding season, with the size, the design and the price.
Pay the deposit
A 50% deposit holds your date. We send a secure Square invoice, and you can pay by credit card or e-transfer.
Pick up or delivery
Collect it at 159 Front Street, or we deliver and set up across Belleville, Trenton and Prince Edward County.
We ask for two weeks' notice for custom cakes and cookies, and a few months for weddings. Short on time? Message us with your date and we'll tell you honestly if we can fit it in.
